These slow-paced, mindful walks are designed to nurture your wellbeing, offering you a moment away from everyday demands. As we move through the woodland paths, this time is for you to breathe deeply, reflect, and reconnect with your own inner calm.

The Highlands are alive with wildlife, and you may be treated to sightings of red squirrels darting through the trees, a glimpse of roe deer, and a variety of wild birds calling through the canopy. While I can’t promise these moments, the chance of meeting these creatures adds a sense of wonder and excitement to each walk, reminding us of the magic that exists in our countryside. Alongside the trees we will connect with nature.

Imagine a gentle walk through the ancient Scottish Highlands, where each step invites you to slow down, savour the moment, and connect with nature. Whether seeking peace, reconnecting with nature, or simply enjoying the outdoors, these meditative walks offer a unique, fulfilling experience alongside our wild kith and kin. We go out in all weather so wear your boots, bring your waterproofs, and in winter, warm jackets, hats and gloves are essential. Walking sticks can be provided.

What to Expect?

These quiet, slow-paced walks encourage sensory engagement, bring along a camera, notepad or sketchpad to capture the scenery. We’ll pause for a hot drink and reflective conversation, followed by a personalised meditation. The experience lasts between 2 – 3 hours, and may include a short scenic drive to a high point for sweeping views and potential wildlife sightings.

The walks take place throughout the year, and offer a unique opportunity to connect with the Highland landscape. Starting around 9am for a morning walking, and depending on the time of year, we usually commence our afternoon walks at 1pm to make the most of the seasonal light. These walking meditations are dedicated women only spaces.
